With over 12 years experience in events and Local Government Adam coordinates the events team that together produce seven flagship events across four locations.

After studying Event Managment, Kara has had over 10 years event experience. Kara’s role includes site planning, infrastructure, logistics and supplier management.

‘Events bring the community together to celebrate its vibrant spirit and identity, something I am proud to be a part of’



After working in the UK for 10 years as a corporate travel manager Portia moved to Maitland eight years ago. Her role includes stall and sponsorship management.

‘I love getting new people involved in our events and watching them grow to become bigger and better each year’



Lisa has over 12 year’s experience in events. Her role includes planning, logistics, booking contractor’s and suppliers as well as volunteer recruitment and management.

Tori grew up and studied locally, with over 6 years event experience, her role includes website management and social media and marketing content development.

After studying and working in event roles for the Government and private sectors for the past 8 years, Beth’s role includes event styling, theming and sourcing live entertainment for events.

‘I love working with local artists to provide a great feel and atmosphere at our flagship events’
