Maitland’s popular New Year’s Eve celebrations typically attract crowds over 10,000 people to the city, with the 9.00pm fireworks display being the main drawcard for the event.
Due to COVID-19, New Year’s Eve 2020 had to be cancelled.
In lieu of the New Year’s Eve Celebrations and to provide the opportunity for social connection and celebration within the community, a Make it Maitland Summer program has been implemented over Summer from December 2020 to February 2021!
With outdoor cinemas, Tigermoth flyovers, Neon Nights, Street Eats and so much more, there will be plenty of activities for you and the whole family to enjoy.
